Certified Public Accountant

Ranch Capital Advisors has an immediate opening for a CPA interested in the modern accounting business model that is advisory based. Client Accounting Advisory Services (CAS) is a model that positions the tax professional as one of the client's most trusted advisors, who offers not only traditional tax compliance services, but provides ongoing advice, strategy, and planning services for a flat monthly fee. This model has the CPA working with fewer clients, offering value-based pricing, and having deeper, meaningful relationships with clients.
 

The Problem We Want to Solve:

  • Not enough CPA's in our area and therefore most are overcapacity working with thousands of clients.

  • Many CPA's are deeply rooted in the old "transactional fee"  and “reactive advice” business model.

  • Many higher income/net worth individuals and small business owners are not receiving the attention and proactive advice that is of most value to them.

  • Some people end up paying more than their fair share of taxes due to missed planning opportunities.

 

The Solution We Hope to Provide:

  • Offer premium tax preparation, tax advisory, business coaching services, and all things taxes for an agreed upon monthly fee.

  • Limit CPA to client relationships to those who need the services the most. Perhaps 100 clients per CPA.

  • Avoid large tax preparation bills, hourly billable meetings and calls, or bills charged by the form to the client.  

  • Provide ongoing advice, regular tax meetings, client education on tax law changes, and quick responses to inquiries.
